• 8 ounces herbed goat cheese, at room temperature
• 1 ounce (about 3/4 cup grated) Pecorino Romano cheese
• 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and peeled as needed
• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• Zest of 1 lemon
