Ingredients

• 1 celery root (approximately 3/4 kg)
• 200 g onions
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 250 g king oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms
• 2 1/2 dl plant-based cream
• 2 dl vegetable broth, appr.
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 200 g tofu (preferably smoked or marinated, or plant-based sausages)
• 2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
• 2 tbsp chopped capers
• salt (freshly ground pepper)
• parsley and/or thyme for garnish
