- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

- 1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving on the side of the salad
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
