- 6 mushrooms, quartered
- 2 white potatoes, cubed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 t. Cajun blackened seasoning
- 1 t. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1 bottle of beer (12 oz.)
