- 225g/8oz Odlums Cream Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Bread Soda
- 100g tub Shamrock Candied Peel
- 125g/4oz Margarine
- 25g/1oz Sugar
- 150g tub Natural Yogurt
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Juice of 1Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Goodalls Vanilla Essence
