- 50 grams onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped
- 1 tin (215 grams) courgette flowers, drained
- 1 tin (220 grams) tinned sweet corn, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon Mexican dry oregano
- 50 mls full-fat milk
- 50 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 corn tortillas to make your tacos
