• 2 Shallots, diced
• 1 Yellow Onion, finely diced
• 1 C Zucchini, cut in to quarter moons
• 540ml Butter Beans, drained & lightly rinsed
• 1 C Whipping Cream, room temperature
• 1 x Hard Cheese Rind
