Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) all purpose flour

• 3 tbsp (45 mL) HEWITT'S - milk, very cold
• 1 tsp (5 mL) GAY LEA - Salted Butter
• 1/2 onion, small and diced
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) asparagus
• 2 oz (60 mL) baby spinach
• 5 oz (150 g) smoked chicken, julienned or cut into strips
• 4 eggs, large
• 1 cup (250 mL) HEWITT'S - milk
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) HEWITT'S - 35% whipping cream
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
• 5 oz (150 g) brie, sliced into strips
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) scallions, thinly sliced on the bias
