Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Onions, chopped
• 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 tsp Chilli flakes
• 2 Bay leaves
• 500 ml Fish stock
• 250 ml Dry white wine
• 500 g White fish, cut into pieces
• 200 g Large prawns, peeled & deveined
• 1 tsp Sea Salt
• 1 tsp Black Pepper, crushed
• 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
• 1 Fresh Red Chilli, chopped & deseeded
