- 2 bundles vermicelli noodles (bean thread)
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1/2 lb of carrots
- 2 small onions
- 1 1/2 lbs ground pork
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 packs (25 ct each) spring roll shells
- Peanut oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
- 1 cup Sprite
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
