Scotch Fillet on Flat Breads With Tzatziki, Hummus, Pomegranate & Chickpea Tabbouleh

• Harvey Beef Scotch Fillet Steaks
• 1 x large Turkish flatbread
• 400g can cooked chickpeas
• 1 tbsp tahini paste
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp cold water
• 8 tbsp Greek yogurt
• ½ Lebanese cucumber
• 12 mint leaves
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 400g cooked chickpeas
• 1 tomatoes, diced
• ½ cucumber, diced
• ½ red onion, diced
• ½ bunch mint, and ½ bunch parsley chopped
• 1 pomegranate, deseeded
• 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp ground cumin
• Sea salt & ground black pepper to season
