Ingredients

• with chocolate, milk, heavy cream, sugar
• 125 g melted chocolate/couverture 70% cocoa solids (4.4 oz; for cups see notes)
• use regular sugar (white granulated sugar) or a raw cane sugar such as Demerara or Turbinado
• use whole milk, with around 3,5% fat
• For this recipe, you can use heavy cream with 35% and up to 36% fat content
