Pumpkin rolls recipe

Ingredients

• 500 g strong white bread flour
• 7 g fast-action dried yeast
• 2 tsp caster (superfine) sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 x quarter tsp ground turmeric
• 225 ml whole milk (you may need a little more), plus 1 tbsp to glaze
• 150 g pumpkin purée
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 egg, to glaze
• 6 –7 walnut halves, cut in half
