Ingredients

• 3 Courgettes, sliced
• 1-2 medium onion chopped finely
• 1 small-medium cauliflower, chopped/separated into very small florets
• Approx 20 French/dwarf beans chopped into small pieces
• 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
• 3 tablespoons of English mustard
• 1-2 tablespoons of mustard seeds
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon of turmeric
