WONTON SOUP - NOMU

Ingredients

• Vegetable or peanut oil, for frying
• 2 small shallots, finely chopped
• 150g shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
• ¼ cup spring onion, finely chopped
• 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely grated
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp NOMU Garam Masala or Oriental Rub
• 300g chicken or pork mince
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 24 round wonton wrappers
• 1 litre prepared NOMU Chicken Stock
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
• 1 tbsp sliced ginger
• 1 chilli, sliced
• 3 spring onions, finely sliced
