Ingredients

• 2 tbsp (30 mL) flour
• Paprika and black pepper to taste
• 1 lb (454 g) Ontario veal scaloppini
• 2 1/3 tsp (40 mL) olive oil
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) dry white wine
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
• 1 small bay leaf
• 1 tsp (5 mL) butter
• 1 tsp (5 ml) capers, drained
