Seared tuna tacos with all the usual trimmings – Miss Polly's Kitchen
My colleague gave me this freshly caught tuna, my absolute bloody favourite! Thanks Nell. I made this for lunch, it’s super simple but fresh and tasty as hell.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp diced jalapeños
- Juice of one lime
- 400g fresh tuna
- Roughly 2 cups of sliced cabbage - pickled
- 8 soft shells tacos
