- Dice the pork into about ½" cubes
- bacon ends
- Salts
- pepper
- chili powder
- cumin
- Dice an onion
- 1-1/2 to 2 Tablespoons Garlic (I use the jarred stuff)
- Heredez Salsa Verde
- oregano
- water
- four drained cans of pinto beans
- one cup of Masa flour
- about a cup of cold water
