Fruit Cake Trifle
A great alternative to Christmas pudding, or clever use of leftover Christmas Cake. Original Port Wine Jelly, cherries, custard and cream create a rich, Christmassy dessert that will sleigh them all.

Ingredients
- 2 x 85 g packets Aeroplane Original Port Wine Flavour Jelly
- 1 x 800 g dark fruit cake, cut in 2cm cubes
- 500 g (fresh or thawed frozen) pitted dark cherries
- 1 L chilled vanilla flavoured custard (double thick)
- 300 mL thickened cream, whipped
- Extra fresh cherries for garnish
